We woke to gloriously sunny weather and as planned headed south to the campsite at Macon, we decided before we arrived that we wouldn't stay the night so after an hour's assessment we headed northeast to the next at Lons les Sauniere, in the Franche-Comte region. In two days we plan to do our last site of this batch near Aix-les-Bains (we hope you're keeping up here?) when we will take another break and maybe head over to Lake Annecy fora swim and a few days recharging the draining batteries............on us, not Rapi!
